Mobile Homes & Land

The credit union offers a mobile home and land product to those qualified members who own their land and the mobile home.

This product requires the mobile home be owner-occupied as the primary residence and be located in the state of Florida. Financing up to 70% of the appraisal or purchase price is available with a maximum of $100,000 fixed and adjustable rate option are available.

New and Used Mobile Home

Financing for qualified members is available for up to 75% of the purchase price or NADA retail value; whichever is less. Maximum loan amounts and terms are determined by the year of there mobile home. The mobile must be owner-occupied as the primary residence and be located in the state of Florida.
